Highlights of this morning’s presidential press conference include: The Ministry of Public Education announced 300,000 new openings in public universities and three new campuses for the Rosario Castellanos and Health universities; Mexico reaffirmed its willingness to help Cuba in its energy emergency situation, highlighting the contact between the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) and Cuban authorities.
